Hi,

Could I please arrange a taxi for tomorrow on the xxxxx account please?

I've also been meaning to contact you on a personal matter for a few weeks and so I'm going to grab this opportunity now! I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get around to it as I'm pretty busy at work, but it's not often you get a chance to commend someone for outstanding service and I really feel that it was what my husband and I got from one of your drivers a few weeks ago. On afternoon of Friday, 6 February I ordered a taxi to take us from xxxxx to the airport. This was the afternoon of that terrible snowstorm when Aberdeen came to a standstill. The taxi arrived at 3pm and the driver had to leave his car round the corner and walk round to let us know he had arrived, because our cul-de-sac was about knee deep with snow. He carried both our cases round to the taxi, and then we started our journey. your driver had the most awful job just getting out of xxxxx, but although it took some time, what with avoiding cars and having to take the long way through the village, then traffic jams on the road to Dyce, he got us out and over to the airport in plenty of time. On arrival at the airport, he then helped us with our luggage, but when my husband offered him a tip, he refused to take it saying that it had been an expensive enough journey for us because of the time it had taken us to get there. Although we tried hard to get him to take it, he absolutely refused. I'm just sorry that we didn't get his name so that I could pass that to you, but all I can tell you is that he drove a Subaru car. I hope that you can find out who he is and let him know how much we appreciated his driving skills and thoughtfulness that afternoon. It's easy to complain about something, but I think it's just as important to say when someone has got it right, and this particular driver certainly did. Thanks again, from both myself and my husband.

My wife, mother in law, and I recently spent a long weekend in Aberdeen during which we had extensive use of ComCab services. I felt I had to write just to congratulate you on having such a friendly group of driver, they all arrived promptly, were courteous and very friendly and informative. This helped to make our stay all the more enjoyable.
